FINANCING-

The crux of any transaction is the financing. Over the years, we've dealt with many, many Direct Lenders, Mortgage Brokers, and so on. Some performed well, some didn't. For us the measure has always been, and is, whether the financing person we deal with performs as promised and does so consistently. Many of our clients have developed strong relationships with certain financial institutions, and we encourage those clients to use whatever lender gives them the best deal (something it's sometimes a little difficult to analyze). However, the vast majority of clients use bank for things like checking accounts and savings accounts and have no real relationship with the institution,.
